Templebit ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Arc Planner iOS application ("Arc Planner", the "App") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

Information We Collect

Arc Planner is designed to be privacy-first. The content you create in the App (tasks, notes, schedules, preferences) is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud, synced through your personal iCloud account managed by Apple. We do not have access to this content.

We may collect limited, anonymized diagnostic information (such as crash reports and aggregate usage statistics) through Apple's standard developer tools, only if you have opted in to share diagnostics with app developers in your iOS settings. This information cannot be used to identify you personally.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number through the App.
• We do not track you across other apps or websites.
• We do not sell or share your data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

How We Use Information

Diagnostic information, if available, is used solely to identify and fix bugs and improve the App's performance and reliability.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data remains on your device and in your iCloud account for as long as you keep the App installed. Deleting Arc Planner from your device removes all locally stored data. iCloud-synced data can be removed from your iCloud account at any time through iOS Settings.

Children's Privacy

Arc Planner is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Third-Party Services

Arc Planner uses Apple-provided services (such as iCloud and StoreKit) which are governed by Apple's own privacy policies.

Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information. Because Arc Planner does not collect personal information that identifies you, most requests can be fulfilled by deleting the App. For any other requests, contact us at the address below.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date above.
