Welcome to Cosmo Vault ("the Game"), published by Templebit. By downloading or playing the Game you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Game.
License
Templebit grants you a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to play the Game on any Apple device you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. This license does not allow you to redistribute, resell, reverse-engineer, or copy the Game or its content.
Free-to-Play & Advertising
Cosmo Vault is free to download and play. The Game is supported by advertisements served via Google AdMob, which may include banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads. By using the Game you acknowledge that ads will be displayed and that Google may collect and process advertising-related data as described in our Privacy Policy.
In-App Purchases
The Game may offer optional in-app purchases (for example, to remove ads or unlock cosmetic items). All purchases are processed by Apple and are billed to your Apple Account. Purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or by Apple's refund policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to cheat, modify, exploit, or interfere with the Game or its ad delivery, and not to use the Game in any way that violates applicable law or the App Store terms.
Disclaimer of Warranty & Limitation of Liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Templebit is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Game.
