Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using any Templebit iOS app (CompTIA A+ Assist, Claude Certified Architect Prep, CCNA Prep, Azure AI Prep — together, the "Apps"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Apps.

Subscriptions and purchases

The Apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions at $19.99 per month or $119.99 per year. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

You can manage subscriptions and turn off auto-renewal by going to your Apple Account settings on your device after purchase.

A Lifetime option is also available as a one-time, non-consumable purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

Study aid, not a guarantee

The Apps are study aids intended to help you prepare for the corresponding certification exams. They are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CompTIA, Anthropic, Cisco, or Microsoft. Use of the Apps does not guarantee any specific exam result, score, or certification outcome.

License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Apps on Apple devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Apps are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Templebit disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Templebit will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Apps.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Apps after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
